Something for everyone! We do not advertise our Time-table for our children and young people as classes are recommended on a personal/individual level. Do contact us with age and intersted subjects. also if danced before what grade/ standard.
Below are a few examples of the classes we have to offer at Kirkham Henry, either as an examination syllabus or recreational ,totally free style to the teacher/ choreographer.
We update the styles regularly as teachers and guest teachers are committed to their continuous professional development.
Classes are either in examination grades or suitable for age and ability.

PRE-SCHOOL
Let’s Pretend! Parent and child (18 mths- 4 years) – join the fun of a child’s imagination through dressing-up, song , mime and creative dance. Create memories together with your child .
Baby Ballet Tots . (2-4 yrs) Introducing first ballet steps, and ballet stories .
Baby Bop (Tap and theatre modern ) 2-4 yrs– make as much noise with your feet as you like – learn rhythms and musical phrases, first tap steps, songs and finish off with fun theatre modern dance

MUSICAL THEATRE
Our Musical Theatre triple threat class
Sing, Dance & Act. Routines and script from west end shows and films.
ADULT CLASSES (ALL AGES & ABILITIES WELCOME)
Tap - Mondays... afternoon 2pm and evening 7.15pm
Ballet - Tuesdays 7pm (faster pace, or with ballet exerience) and
Wednesdays (Silver Swans , for a slower, more gentle pace) 2.30pm
Golden Gliders- Tuesdays 10am and 11am
COMMUNITY and SEND CLASSES
Classes can be tailored to individual requirements and undertaken by staff with the required expertise and experience including Dancing with Parkinsons and Dementia, Mencap and Blind and Partially sighted .
Examinations or teacher assessment available in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, drama, singing, music and foundation.
